The Women of the 1916 Rising, Maura Barrett: Killenaule, Wed. 4 May

Carrick on Suir librarian and author Maura Barrett will deliver a talk entitled “The Women of the 1916 Rising: Her Story in History” on Wednesday 4 May @ 7pm in Killenaule Library. All are welcome to what promises to be a very informative and enjoyable event highlighting the hitherto relatively unsung heroics of Bean na hEireann in 1916.
