November lecture and exhibition
This week we are delighted to host the Thurles Garda District Centenary Celebration Week, which is Commemorating 100 years since the formation of An Garda Síochána.
From Monday the 14th of November until Friday the 18th of November there will be a Garda Síochána Historical Exhibition in The Source gallery. This exhibition will be open from 10am to 4pm daily.
Historical Crime Scene photos and policing artefacts that reflect 100 years of the Gardaí will be on display.
On Tuesday 15th of November at 7pm Dr. John Reynolds a historian and a sergeant in An Garda Síochána will give a lecture on the History and Founding of An Garda Síochána
