Book launch in the Source

There was a large turnout for the launch of local author Jim O’Shea’s two new books. One a serious work  Understanding and Healing the Hurts of Childhood to add to his series of psychology works which include When a child dies and Abuse; Domestic Violence, Workplace and School Bullying. In complete contrast the other is lighter hearted, I’ll Meet You at the Roundy O  a novel which takes an entertaining look at life in a small rural parish from the 1940’s to the 60’s. Focusing on a group of young friends growing up in an earlier Ireland in a community struggling with poverty.
