Book launch in the Excel, Tipperary Town

Historian Noreen Higgins-McHugh will be launching her new book ‘Tracing your Tipperary Ancestors’ in the Excel Heritage center, Tipperary Town.

Launch by Dr. Des Marnane at 7.30pm on Thursday 13th December.
