Records before the 1860s are scant and incomplete. Official data relating to births, marriages and deaths can be found at https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/

Parish registers of marriages and baptisms can be found through https://registers.nli.ie/

Burial registers are not available for most graveyards. These differ from gravestone inscriptions, some of which are available.
